Having a Life purpose

Having a Life purpose causes a lower Allostatic load which is the medical terminology for Chronic Stress.
With our world shifting at a dramatic pace now more than ever a purpose in life is important.
When you have purpose ultimately you can rise above any challenge thrown at you, when your heart is in something you will always find a way.
Ever since i made a dramatic shift 15 years ago to move from club crawl party boy to Holistic Health Practitioner people have come to me for advice for when they also hit a wall.

As a CHEK Practitioner we always start with somebody's One Love.
Which is defining their dream, which generally goes far beyond what they came to us for.

Here is an example: A client comes because they think they want to lose weight, reality is though what they really want is to be able to play with their grandkids and be there to support their growth.

We have to find the true emotional reason which is generally buried deep down because this dream helps the client to stay on point.
Even if they veer off from time to time they always come back as their dream is too strong and becomes embodied in who they are.

I've personally been sitting with this as I am wondering whats my next step, do i just want to stay living the comfortable life or is there a deeper drive waiting to be birthed?
I sometimes find this difficult as i'm a multi passionate person, and find it hard to fit in a box.
However when i narrow it down it really comes down to the human body.
I marvel at what an incredible piece of machinery it is, the most advanced technology on our planet.

I sat and pondered if only everybody knew how to tune into their own body and listen to what it needs.

So in my course The Comeback, step 1 is to define your dream, this is not just us putting things on a vision board its remembering who you really are

The reason being once we get you to own your dream you can move through anything.

You are literally unstoppable oh and you also live longer and happier 🙂
